Additional Terms for RealTAG

1. How these terms fit with the iLeads Terms of Service

RealTAG is a product of iLeads.com, LLC ("iLeads"). These Additional Terms for RealTAG (the "RealTAG Terms") are Additional Terms under Section 3 of the iLeads Terms of Service at https://ileads.com/terms (the "Master Terms"), and they are part of the Master Terms. Everything in the Master Terms applies to RealTAG, including the Privacy Policy at https://ileads.com/privacy, the arbitration agreement and class action waiver (Section 25), and governing law (Section 26). If these RealTAG Terms conflict with the Master Terms, these RealTAG Terms control for RealTAG. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Terms.

The Master Terms and these RealTAG Terms are each published at a single web address. When we update either one, the version posted at that address, with its "Last updated" date, is the version that applies, as described in Section 3 of the Master Terms.

If you have a signed order form or other written agreement with iLeads for RealTAG, that agreement controls as described in Section 3 of the Master Terms.

2. Who these terms apply to

These RealTAG Terms apply to Clients that register for or use RealTAG, including the RealTAG portal, the loan-officer portal, campaign tools, and report sites at realtag.com, report.realtag.com, branded RealTAG subdomains, and Client-owned domains that iLeads operates for RealTAG (together, "RealTAG Sites"). Section 7 also applies to anyone who opens a RealTAG report.

3. Sharing report links with the people on your list

Sections 11(a) and 11(b)(i) of the Master Terms limit Delivered Data to your internal business use and bar sharing it with third parties. For RealTAG, iLeads also grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to share the report links, RealTAG PINs, and QR codes that RealTAG creates for your list ("Report Links") with the individuals at the addresses on that list, through your own mail, email, telephone, or other marketing campaigns, solely to invite them to view their own property report. You may not sell or give Report Links to anyone else, post them publicly, or use them for any other purpose. All other restrictions in Section 11(b) continue to apply.

4. Your data

"Client Data" means the lists, files, codes, and other information you upload to or create in RealTAG. You keep your rights in Client Data. You give iLeads a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, match, and enrich Client Data to provide RealTAG to you, to secure and improve the service, and as required by law. iLeads will not sell Client Data or provide it to any other client.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload Client Data and to contact the individuals on your lists in the way you choose, and that your use of RealTAG complies with all laws that apply to you, including laws governing telemarketing, consent, and privacy (see Sections 11(c) and 21 of the Master Terms).

iLeads keeps Client Data and the reports created from it for as long as your account is active, unless your written agreement says otherwise, and may delete it after your account closes.

5. Report views and notifications

RealTAG records each time a report is opened, including the date and time, the RealTAG PIN, the property, the approximate location and device used, and makes this information available to you through dashboards, the loan-officer portal, and email digests ("View Information"). You may use View Information only to follow up with that individual about your own products and services, in compliance with all applicable laws, and not for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (see Section 21 of the Master Terms).

6. Your logo and your domains

If you upload a logo, tagline, or other brand material, you represent that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant iLeads a limited, non-exclusive license to display it on your RealTAG reports and RealTAG Sites. If you ask iLeads to run a report site on a subdomain or a domain you own, you authorize iLeads to set up the DNS records, certificates, and hosting needed, and you remain responsible for your domain registration. iLeads may remove brand material or disable a report site that iLeads believes infringes another party's rights or violates the Master Terms.

7. People who open a RealTAG report

If you open a RealTAG report, the Master Terms and the Privacy Policy apply to your visit. The report is Property Information under Section 21 of the Master Terms: it is a snapshot as of the date shown on the report, it is not an appraisal, and it is not a consumer report. The company that sent you the report link is a RealTAG Client and is responsible for its own communications with you. To ask that a report about your property be turned off, email Inquiries@iLeads.com.

8. Allowances and fees

Row limits, monthly allowances, report-site tiers, and fees are set in your order form or account plan.
