Last updated: August 12, 2026
Welcome to iLeads.com®
We’ll help you find the product or service that’s right for you!
1. Introduction and Scope
At iLeads.com, LLC ("iLeads," "we," "us," or "our"), we recognize and respect the importance of your information security and your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information:
- through this website and the other websites and domains that iLeads owns or operates, whether or not they point to iLeads.com, including websites added to our network in the future (together, the "Network");
- in connection with the delivery of our products and services;
- in connection with our business development and marketing activities; and
- through our other offline and business interactions.
In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an individual. Even where information about you may be considered publicly available — through government records or widely distributed media — we will treat all personal information submitted by you as non-public personal information.
This Privacy Policy excludes websites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link.
If you are a visually impaired customer, a customer who has another disability, or a customer who seeks support in another language, you may access this Privacy Policy by emailing us at Inquiries@iLeads.com.
This Privacy Policy is provided in a layered format; you can jump to a specific section from the index at the top of the page.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Information provided by you. We collect personal information you share with us, including:
- information provided in connection with requests for financial products or services, such as mortgage loans (for example: full name, telephone number, and self-assessed property value) and insurance quote requests (for example: personal information, personal physical characteristics, and personal medical information), along with demographic information;
- information you provide when you register to receive communications from us (such as your email address or phone number);
- information you provide through surveys, feedback, webforms, or other forms hosted on our website, our Network, or the pages of an iLeads partner; and
- the contents of your communications with us, including chat sessions (see Section 3).
Some information you provide may relate to other individuals (for example, a co-borrower). You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to provide us with information about other individuals.
Information collected through automated means. When you visit the Network, we (and our service providers and partners) use cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, tags, and similar technologies to collect information automatically, including browser and device data (IP address, device identifiers, device type, operating system and browser type, screen resolution, manufacturer and model, language, plug-ins) and usage data (browsing history, time on site, pages visited, links clicked, language preferences, patterns of use, and referring pages). Details, purposes, and your options appear in Sections 6 and 7.
Information from other sources. We may also obtain personal information from other sources, including public records, our business partners, lead and marketing partners, and service providers. iLeads does not obtain consumer credit scores or credit reports.
Combination of information. We may combine information we receive from and about you — information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from other sources — and will handle the combined information under this Privacy Policy.
3. Chat Features
Our websites may offer a live chat feature for customer service and support, enabled by a third-party service provider. Chat sessions may be monitored and recorded, and may be staffed by iLeads personnel or, if enabled in the future, assisted or automated by artificial-intelligence technology; if automated assistance is enabled, the chat interface will disclose it. Do not submit sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or credentials — through chat. We and our service provider may retain and use chat transcripts for quality control, customer service, fraud prevention, and security.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Responding to your requests — to process and fulfill your requests for products and services offered through the Network, including matching your request with providers.
- Communicating with you — to respond to your inquiries and send administrative messages about the services and this Privacy Policy.
- Marketing — to notify you about products, services, or other opportunities we believe will interest you, from us or our business partners; your choices are described in Sections 7 and 8.
- Performing services on behalf of our business partners.
- Advertising — including delivering and measuring targeted advertising, as described in Sections 6 and 7.
- Research and improvement — testing, research, analysis, and product development, and improving our websites, products, and services.
- Safety, security, and integrity — maintaining and improving the safety, security, quality, and integrity of our websites, products, services, databases, and other technology assets, including fraud detection and prevention.
- Legal obligations — responding to law enforcement requests and complying with applicable law, court orders, and governmental regulations.
- Carrying out our obligations and enforcing our rights, and supporting general business operations and business transactions.
We may also use personal information as described at the point of collection or with your consent.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
Provider network (loan and insurance requests). If you submit a request for a loan product, insurance product, or service offered through the Network, we will share the personal information contained in your request form (such as your full name, physical address, physical characteristics, telephone number, property location, self-assessed property value, or other personal information) with lenders and/or agents within our provider network to process and fulfill your request. For loan requests, iLeads does not itself pull consumer credit information; lenders that receive your personal information may use it to pull your credit score and/or credit report to process and fulfill your request. For insurance requests, we may obtain additional information and share it with agents, brokers, or insurers in our provider network — for example, using your physical characteristics to connect you with an agent who can help with your request. All lenders, agents, brokers, and insurers in our provider network have entered into marketing agreements with iLeads and are required to comply with federal and state privacy regulations. iLeads and participating providers do not guarantee a response to your service request. Providers may retain the information you provided whether or not you use their services.
Providers in our network may contact you by telephone, email, or mail, based on the information you provided, to process and fulfill your request, even if you have opted into the National Do Not Call List administered by the Federal Trade Commission, any state-equivalent Do Not Call List, or a company's internal Do Not Call list. If a provider contacts you and you no longer wish to be contacted by that provider, make that request directly to the provider; if the provider disregards your request and contacts you again, let us know immediately by emailing Inquiries@iLeads.com.
Other categories of recipients. We may also disclose personal information to:
- Our affiliates and subsidiaries, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
- Our service providers, who provide business, professional, or technical support services to us or administer activities on our behalf;
- Our analytics, marketing, and advertising partners, as described in Sections 6 and 7;
- Business partners, data aggregators, and clients, including purchasers and licensees of data products, as described in our California Privacy Notice (Section 16);
- Government and public authorities, where required or permitted by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, investigative demands, or law-enforcement requests;
- Parties to a business transaction — an acquirer, successor, or assignee in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in an insolvency or receivership in which information is transferred as a business asset; and
- Other parties with your consent or at your direction.
We may de-identify or aggregate personal information and use and disclose it as permitted by law; where we maintain de-identified information, we will not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
To serve you more efficiently, our websites use cookies and other tracking technologies such as web beacons, embedded scripts, and tags ("Cookies"), which collect information automatically as you use the Network, including browser and device data and usage data as described in Section 2. We typically use Cookies to reduce page-load time and assist with customer tracking. We may capture click-stream data on partner websites, limited to activity involved in completing offers listed on our website, to monitor partner performance. We may also log IP addresses.
We use Cookies for the following purposes:
- Necessity — enabling features necessary to provide the services, such as keeping you signed in, improving security, and preventing and detecting fraud;
- Preference — remembering your preferences and recognizing you when you return;
- Analytics — understanding how the Network is used, tracking performance and content views, and improving content, products, and services (we use tag-management and analytics services for this purpose);
- Advertising — delivering targeted advertising based on preferences, location, and/or interests across services and devices, and measuring ad effectiveness; and
- Social media — enabling sharing of content through social networks and other sites.
You can manage cookies through your browser's features; most browsers allow you to choose which cookies may be placed and to delete or disable cookies. Disabling cookies may prevent you from using specific features of our sites. iLeads and third-party advertisers may use web beacons (clear .gif files) to place advertisements, understand traffic patterns, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and email campaigns. iLeads does not maintain this web beacon data in an identifiable manner.
Ad measurement (enhanced conversions). We share limited website user data with Google to perform ad measurement services on our behalf, using Google's enhanced conversions feature. When you submit a form on the Network, Google's tag may automatically detect contact information you have entered — such as an email address or telephone number — and convert it to a hashed, non-readable value on your device using the SHA-256 algorithm before transmission to Google. Google uses the hashed value to match the submission to a Google account, where one exists, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; your plain-text contact information is not transmitted to Google through this feature. To opt out of this sharing, see Sections 8 and 16.
7. Interest-Based Advertising
If you wish to opt out of our sharing of data gathered when you visit our sites for purposes of targeted digital advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance's Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising for information about opting out of targeted digital advertisements. You can also learn about your options to opt out of mobile-app tracking by certain advertising networks through your device settings.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt out of partner sharing. If you prefer that we not share your information with our partners, you may "Opt Out" — that is, direct us not to make those disclosures (except as permitted by law). To opt out, email Inquiries@iLeads.com or use the channels in Section 16.
- Electronic marketing communications. To stop receiving promotional email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any such email or contact us using the details in Section 19. We will comply as soon as reasonably practicable. Even after you opt out of promotional email, we may still send administrative messages required to provide our services.
- Cookies and advertising. See Sections 6 and 7.
- State privacy rights. See Sections 15 and 16.
9. Anti-Spam Policy
You will not receive iLeads email communications unless you submit your email address to us to receive them. We employ third-party companies to advertise our services and products, and you may from time to time receive emails advertising iLeads services from third-party publishers. We require all third-party publishers to comply with applicable email-marketing law for all mailings sent on behalf of iLeads. To stop receiving email from iLeads or a third-party publisher, follow the opt-out instructions included in the email.
10. Information Security
The security of your personal information is very important to iLeads, and we take a number of steps to safeguard it. We limit access to personal information to those employees or agents who assist us in providing requested products and services to you; employees must comply with our strict policies and procedures for handling personal information, and violations are subject to our normal disciplinary process. We maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and we use industry-standard data encryption technologies within the iLeads system. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information and communications will always remain secure.
11. Information Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including satisfying legal, regulatory, reporting, and record-retention requirements, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In setting retention periods we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure; the purposes for which we process it; and applicable legal requirements.
12. Children's Privacy
The Network and our services are not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of 18, and you must be at least 18 years old to use our websites. We do not knowingly collect, use, sell, or disclose personal information about visitors under 18 years of age.
13. Third-Party Websites
The Network may contain links to websites maintained by other companies or organizations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and iLeads is not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any personal information you provide to a third-party website is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review third parties' privacy policies before providing personal information.
14. Services Limited to the United States
Our websites are designed to provide services in the United States and are governed by the laws of the United States. We make no representation that the Network is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of any other nation.
15. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, which may include the right to know or access the personal information we maintain about you, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to appeal a decision on a privacy request. To exercise any right available to you, use the request channels in Section 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Nevada residents. Nevada residents have the right to request to opt out of any "sale" of their personal information under Nevada's opt-out law. To make such a request, contact us using the information in Section 19 with "Nevada Privacy Rights" in the subject line, including your full name, email address, and postal address so we can verify your Nevada residence and respond.
