One rule since 1996: the data decides.
What we’ve learned measuring leads against funded loans.
iLeads doesn’t grade leads against a model. We match them to the loans that actually recorded in public records. Here’s what that data shows.
The Real Time Myth
Fundability beats speed.
We tracked more than 500,000 real-time, first-party internet leads from a major national lender through public title and lien records, and benchmarked them against 430,000+ Revive-delivered records. Two findings stood out.
July 2026 · 8 pages
At every matched window from 90 to 270 days after the original lead date, the Revive cohort out-funded the real-time cohort — roughly 1.2 to 1.5 times the benchmark’s funding rate.
Of the real-time leads that funded, 92.1% funded with a lender other than the buyer. That isn’t one lender’s failure — it’s the structure of a shared lead, dialed by four or more lenders at once. Speed decides who’s first. It doesn’t decide who closes.
The full benchmark: about a million lead records, seven matched windows, and the two tests we ran to try to break the finding.
