How does the pricing work?
The age of the lead drives the price. We start with a base price for the freshest leads and discount from there — each lead's price is marked in the store and decreases over time.
Can I replace a bad lead?
Yes. A lead with bad contact information, a fictitious person, or a duplicate of one you already bought gets replaced — submit it from the support tab on the lead's details. Leads that were over 14 days old at the time of purchase aren't eligible.
How are the leads generated?
Leads come from our own network of web sites, outside affiliates, and consignment from other lead aggregation sites. Every lead is consumer-contributed and includes an email and phone number 100% of the time.
How fresh are the leads?
Leads post 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in real time — when a consumer clicks submit on one of our pages, the lead enters the store instantly. Age runs on a 24-hour clock, not business days, so a lead marked new today stays that way until its 24th hour.
How do credits work?
Add the leads you want to your cart and check out — available credits apply to the invoice automatically, and you can toggle them on or off at checkout.
