Your CRM only knows the loans you won.

Every lead you paid for either funded or it didn’t, with you or with somebody else. We already know which. Send us a lead file and Performance shows you which leads funded, what loans they became, and which lenders won the ones you lost.

The battlefield

You’re competing on a battlefield you’ve never seen, against lenders you didn’t know were competitors.

Every file of leads you buy holds a fixed number of loans that were always going to happen. If you’ve never known that number, you can’t know your share of it, who took the rest, or what was winnable. And you can’t build a defense against lenders you can’t see.

Lead file after lead file, the Performance match-back tells the same story: about 2 in 3 of the leads that fund do it with a lender other than the original real-time buyer who bought them. The loan didn’t die when the phone went quiet. It funded where you couldn’t see it.

01

Your real share

You know the loans you closed. You’ve never seen the total your file produced, so you’ve never known your true cut of it.

02

Who’s taking the rest

Real lenders are funding your leads right now. Their names are sitting in the record; you’ve just never pulled the file.

03

What was winnable

Every file carries a number: the loan volume that was there to be won. Yours has never been written down.

04

The alibi

Your floor says the leads don’t close. The match-back keeps finding leads somebody marked dead that funded anyway. It ends the argument, either way.

Lost loans don’t report themselves. Performance does.

Send a file. Get the truth back.

Any vendor, any vintage. We need the basics: name, property address, and when the lead was created.

Match

We read the record

We run the file against public title and lien records, the same records that underwrite every mortgage in America, across 150M+ U.S. properties.

Report

You see what funded

Your funding rate, the loan types your leads became, and the lenders who funded the ones you lost. Share what you spent and the report also works out your cost per funded loan.

A lead counts as funded when a public-record lien (a first mortgage, HELOC, or second) records more than 30 days after the lead was created. It’s a total-market count: a loan funded with any lender counts, not only yours.

Dare to compare.

Our leads, your leads, anyone’s leads.

Send whatever you’re buying, from us or from anyone else, and the same match-back grades it against the record. Below: a real order, de-identified. It’s the same report you’d get, with your file’s numbers on it.

Real lenders, from recorded liens on this one file. The paid tier hands you these as individual records, so you can find out why each one walked.

The funding rate here is total-market: it counts every lead that funded with anyone, because that’s what the public record proves. We don’t publish numbers we can’t defend at the county.

Performance

The first file is on us.

One file, up to 10,000 leads, free. Not a teaser. The full match-back: funding rate, loan types, who won the ones you lost. We do it because most lenders don’t believe these numbers until they’re looking at their own file. The report makes the argument for us.

It’s held in segregated custody and never resold.

Enterprise Performance

Looking to increase originations? Manage your lead spend like a data operation.

Hundreds of thousands of leads a month deserve more than gut feel. The annual Performance program matches every file, from every vendor, on a cadence, and hands your team the records: which sources fund, which leak, and where the next funded loan is hiding.

The questions every lender asks.

What do I need to send to get a mortgage lead match-back?

A lead file with names, property addresses, and lead-created dates. Any vendor’s leads, any age. If you include what you spent, the report also prices your cost per funded loan.

Is a mortgage lead funding analysis really free?

The aggregate analysis is, yes: one file of up to 10,000 leads per lender. It’s how we introduce ourselves to lenders who haven’t worked with us. The record-level version is paid, starting at $500.

What happens to my lead file after I send it?

It’s held in segregated custody and never resold.

Why does funding match-back only work for mortgage?

Because funding leaves a public record. A mortgage records a lien at the county; that’s the outcome we verify. No recorded outcome, no honest proof.

My mortgage leads are years old — is a match-back worth running?

Across analyzed Revive batches, about 1 in 7 aged leads went on to fund a loan, verified the same way. Age kills contact data, not intent.

Can a match-back show which loans my team funded versus lost?

Yes. That split, captured versus missed, is the core of the report.

My LOs say the leads are bad — can a match-back settle it?

Yes. The report shows every lead that funded after your floor marked it dead, and every one that really was a dud. Either way, you stop arguing about it.

We buy mortgage leads at high volume — can a match-back run monthly?

Yes. That’s the annual program: every vendor file you buy, matched on a monthly cadence, with record-level data-backs on every batch. The free analysis is the first file; the program is the discipline.

Dare to compare.
