Skip the section index1. How these terms fit with the iLeads Terms of Service
HomeLoanAdvisor is a service of iLeads.com, LLC ("iLeads," "we," "us," or "our"). These Additional Terms for HomeLoanAdvisor (the "HomeLoanAdvisor Terms") are Additional Terms under Section 3 of the iLeads Terms of Service at https://ileads.com/terms (the "Master Terms"), and they are part of the Master Terms. Everything in the Master Terms applies to HomeLoanAdvisor, including the Privacy Policy at https://ileads.com/privacy, the consumer loan request terms (Section 8), consent to contact (Section 10), and the arbitration agreement and class action waiver (Section 25). If these HomeLoanAdvisor Terms conflict with the Master Terms, these HomeLoanAdvisor Terms control for HomeLoanAdvisor. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Master Terms.
2. Who these terms apply to
These HomeLoanAdvisor Terms apply to Consumers who use homeloanadvisor.com and other websites or pages that iLeads operates under the HomeLoanAdvisor name (together, the "HomeLoanAdvisor Sites"), including anyone who submits a Service Request, registers an Account, or views a property report on a HomeLoanAdvisor Site.
3. Accounts and property tracking
You may register an account on a HomeLoanAdvisor Site (an "Account") to track a property, view property reports and insights, and receive updates. Section 6 of the Master Terms applies to your Account, and you agree to keep your registration information up to date. When you register a property, you confirm that you have a legitimate interest in it (such as ownership, or authorization from the owner), and you provide the owner's name. We check the owner name you provide against public title records and may decline or remove a registration that does not match.
Property tracking and updates. By registering a property, you ask and direct us to obtain, refresh, and track property-related information about it, from public records, our data systems, and licensed sources, and to email you about changes to it. These emails may include AVM values, calculated equity, recorded liens and other recorded activity, market conditions, and related offers. Calls and text messages are governed by Section 10 of the Master Terms.
Stopping updates; closing your Account. You may stop property-update emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or the channels in Section 34 of the Master Terms. Stopping these emails does not close your Account. To close your Account, email Inquiries@iLeads.com. Administrative messages about your Account, or messages required by law, may continue while your Account is open.
4. Click-to-call
HomeLoanAdvisor Sites and your property report page may show telephone numbers or call buttons that let you call a Provider or Advertiser. When you place such a call, you are contacting that business directly, on your own initiative; we are not a party to the call and do not take part in it. The number may be a tracking number run by that business (or its vendors) so it can measure its advertising, and that business may record or monitor the call for its own quality and compliance purposes. Any notice or consent required for recording the call is the responsibility of the business you call. "Advertiser" means a business that pays us to show its offers on a HomeLoanAdvisor Site.
5. Property reports and insights
Property reports, AVM values, calculated equity, AI-generated insights, and similar outputs on HomeLoanAdvisor Sites are Property Information under Section 21 of the Master Terms. They are not a guarantee of your property's value, or of whether any loan is available or on what terms.
6. Payments from Advertisers
In addition to the compensation from Providers described in Section 13 of the Master Terms, we may be paid by Advertisers for showing their offers and for clicks, referrals, or resulting transactions. Payments from Advertisers may influence which Advertisers or offers appear and how they are presented.
