It can happen to the best of us, making a mistake with anything in life. The key is to learn from your lessons and see the red flags before it is too late. This is a great example of a walking red flag. It will most likely not be this easy to recognize the flaws in your Realtor, but this is a fantastic example of how bad it can be.
